  • The first patented fabric marking machine was produced in Türkiye.

1955

  • Süleyman Beltan, M. Kemal Coşkunöz, and Talat Diniz founded SKT, which bears their initials.
  • Mass production of the accumulator tongs and the first oil seal was achieved.

1960

  • Kemal Hoca, who left SKT in 1960, founded the K. COŞKUNÖZ workshop in Bursa Yeniyol.
  • Bending steel joinery profiles were produced from sheet metal.

1963

  • The first steel bus body in Türkiye was produced, replacing wooden bodies.

1965

  • The first hydraulic press was manufactured.

1966

  • The foundation of the Metal Form factory was laid.
  • The first driver's cab was manufactured in Türkiye for the FIAT 153 Tow Truck.

1968

  • The Metal Form factory began production in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone with 150 employees.

1969

  • Serial production of Türk Traktör bodywork began.

1973

  • K.COŞKUNÖZ became a joint-stock company.
  • Mass production of Oyak Renault body parts started.

1974

  • The first Resistance Welding Machine was produced.

1976

  • The first collective bargaining agreement was signed with the Turkish Metal Union.

1983

  • MEKSAN A.Ş. was founded.
  • Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina started production.
  • BELTAN A.Ş. was founded.

1985

  • Cem Taşımacılık A.Ş. was established.

1988

  • Coşkunöz Education Foundation was established.

1989

  • AQAP-4 Quality System Certificate was obtained.
  • The first press exports to South Africa and England were completed.

1990

  • The first sheet metal forming molds were exported to Isuzu Belford Company/UK and Opel/Germany.

1991

  • Exports of Transport and Storage Chests made of Aluminum Alloys for the Defense Industry began.

1992

  • The first CNC Press and Microprocess Controlled Resistance Welding Machine were produced.
  • Coşkunöz Isı Sistemleri A.Ş. was established.

1993

  • GM began exporting sheet metal parts to European enterprises.

1995

  • The first ISO 9002 quality system certificate was obtained (BVQI and TSE).

1997

  • Kerem Pres A.Ş. was established.
  • Beltan A.Ş. signed a partnership agreement with the Freudenberg Group.
  • The STARPAN trademark was registered for steel panel flat radiators and electric oil radiators.
  • QS 900 and ISO 9001 Quality System Certificates were obtained (BVQI).
  • Coşkunöz A.Ş. won the BUSIAD - KALDER Quality Grand Prize.
  • Coşkunöz Anatolian Technical High School opened for education.

1999

  • The VDA 6.1 Quality System Certificate was obtained (BVQI).

2000

  • Our founder, M. Kemal Coşkunöz, passed away.

2002

  • Coşkunöz MA Türkiye was established.

2003

  • Beta Seals A.Ş. was established in partnership with DS Beteiligungs.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form Makine End. A.Ş. was listed among the top 500 companies in Türkiye.
  • Coşkunöz A.Ş. received the Facility Security Certificate from the Ministry of National Defense and NATO.

2004

  • Belka A.Ş. was established.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form launched the Journey to Lean Project.

2005

  • Coşkunöz A.Ş. received the Supplier Approval Certificate from TAI.
  • Coşkunöz Isı Sistemleri A.Ş.'s Germany office began operations under the Copa brand.

2006

  • Coşkunöz R&D A.Ş was established.

2007

  • Coşkunöz Aerospace was established.

2008

  • Kerem Pres A.Ş. was incorporated into Coşkunöz Metal Form.
  • Freudenberg Coşkunöz Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established.

2009

  • Coşkunöz Metal Form A.Ş. obtained the OHSAS 18001:2007 Certificate.

2010

  • Sınırsız Enerji A.Ş. was established.
  • The first Lean Leadership Certification Program was held.
  • Coşkunöz R&D Center was approved as an R&D Center by the Ministry of Industry.

2011

  • Coşkunöz Metal Form A.Ş. received the best supplier award from Citroen. Coşkunöz Metal Form, which provides mold production services to PSA (Peugeot Citroen Group), was one of two companies awarded by PSA in the investment goods quality category.
  • Coşkunöz Defense Aviation was recognized as a “Gold subcontractor” by TAI.
  • Coşkunöz Solar Enerji A.Ş. was established.

2012

  • Investments were initiated in the energy sector.
  • Coşkunöz Holding made its first overseas investment in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, with Coşkunöz Alabuga.

2013

  • BetaSeals and Beltan Vibracoustic partnerships were concluded.
  • Belka Kauçuk A.Ş. received the Knorr Bremse Supplier of the Year Award.
  • Coşkunöz Rüzgar Enerji A.Ş. was established.
  • Coşkunöz R&D Center was awarded first place among more than 300 companies in the areas of ""Patent - Utility Model - Industrial Design"" by the Association of Vehicle Subsidiary Industrialists (TAYSAD).
  • Coşkunöz R&D Center ranked first in the industrialist category at the 2nd Machinery and Components Manufacturing Technologies R&D Project Market, organized with the support of TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB and the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

2014

  • Coşkunöz R&D won first place in both the 'Traditional R&D Project Market in the Turkish Automotive Sector' and the 'Automotive Component Design Competition' organized by the Uludağ Exporters' Association.
  • Coşkunöz Alabuga Plant received the “2013 Best Investment Project Award” from the Russian Automotive Forum.
  • Coşkunöz Alabuga Plant began production.

2015

  • By the end of 2015, the mold activities within Coşkunöz Metal Form A.Ş. were restructured into a separate company, resulting in the establishment of Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina A.Ş.
  • Coşkunöz Savunma ve Havacılık A.Ş. began the mid-fuselage assembly project for KUH Surion, KAI's Korean general-purpose helicopter.

2018

  • Coşkunöz Metal Form A.Ş. received first place in the body materials category of Tofaş Supply Chain Performance evaluation.
  • SSC Alabuga (Production of Steel Blank) was established.

2020

  • Coşkunöz MA Romania factory was established.
  • Coşkunöz Education Foundation was accepted into the European Education Foundation Excellence Network.
  • Coşkunöz Education Foundation received the Special Award for Distance and E-learning as part of the Excellence in Vocational Education Awards.
  • Coşkunöz Holding received the Support to Health Heroes Award for its 'Domestic Medical Equipment Production Project in the Fight Against Coronavirus' at the “Common Tomorrows Special Award Program” organized by Coşkunöz Holding.
2021

  • CVentures Corporate Venture Capital was established.
  • Coşkunöz Holding launched its total transformation project, CODE 2025.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form’s second approved R&D Center was established.

2022

  • Coşkunöz Metal Form was accepted into the Turquality Main Program.
  • The ADDME brand was established.
  • CETS - Coşkunöz Engineering and Technological Solutions was established.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form's Battery Carrier Factory was established.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form's Chassis Factory was established.

2023

  • The Coolteam brand was established.
  • As the largest supplier for Türkiye's first domestic and national vehicle, the production of battery carriers and body parts began.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form started production in Slovakia.
  • Coşkunöz Education Foundation established the Coşkunöz Education Complex in Hatay Kırıkhan.
  • Coşkunöz Education Foundation launched the CEVHER Grant Program, aimed at contributing to the development of vocational education in Türkiye.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form's Chassis Factory began mass production.
  • Coşkunöz Metal Form R&D center was established.

2024

  • Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina was accepted into the Turquality main program.
