The Coşkunöz Leadership Model (CLM) encompasses the behavioral competencies and success indicators that will guide Coşkunöz Holding and its companies towards becoming a High-Performance Organization. Based on five key success factors, CLM defines the behavioral competencies required at every level of the organization. These 5 key success factors are:

At Coşkunöz Holding, we focus on revealing the potential of our colleagues and supporting their development in alignment with our talent management policy. Using the “Learning Agility” method, we identify the potential of our employees. We prepare our talents for future roles by aligning their development with our succession plans.
We kick off the development journey for our employees with the Coşkunöz Development Assessment Center. We implement systems to support their growth and coach their development plans.
Coşkunöz Holding’s In-Coaching project is a culture transformation program. Our human resources are at the heart of our focus on becoming a high-performance company. We view coaching as a powerful tool to unlock the potential and talent of our human resources. In this context, we not only equip our colleagues with coaching competencies but also create opportunities for them to receive coaching.
Through our internal coaching system, In-Coaching, our coaches are consistently by their side throughout their development journey.
