The Coşkunöz Leadership Model (CLM) encompasses the behavioral competencies and success indicators that will guide Coşkunöz Holding and its companies towards becoming a High-Performance Organization. At Coşkunöz Holding, we focus on revealing the potential of our colleagues and supporting their development in alignment with our talent management policy.
