GEN-C Young Talent Program

With Coşkunöz Holding's young talent program GEN-C, we have been providing employment opportunities to recent graduates and nurturing the new generation of Coşkunöz Holding since 2017.

GEN-C participants in the two-year talent program undergo a personalized development plan after entering the Coşkunöz Development Assessment Center in the 11th month of the program. On their development journey, their managers and human resources business partners coach our colleagues. At the end of the first year, they have the opportunity to experience rotations at Coşkunöz Holding's domestic and international locations.

Compulsory Internship Programs

High school and university students who are required to complete an internship have the opportunity to experience real work life at Coşkunöz Holding companies. Applications open every year in March for the summer term and the following academic year. Evaluations are completed in April–May, and the internship program period begins as a result.

During the internship period, our interns have access to many training sessions and meetings that contribute to both their personal and professional development.
